A native Texan, Sam spent time in Austin in the 1980s when serving on a governor-appointed board. That began his longstanding familiarity with the capital city and its vibrant lifestyle.

Sam has practiced real estate in Seattle and Corpus Christi as well, giving him a breadth and depth of experience to meet the needs of a variety of clients.

That means finding the right house for them, negotiating the best possible deal and monitoring the escrow process to a successful close.
